Where do you service?
Central Coast, Lake Macquarie and Newcastle
When are commercial cleans normally completed?
Most commercial cleans are completed Monday to Friday between 6:00 pm and 6:00 am. Daytime, early morning and weekend cleaning may also be available depending on your operating requirements.
Will it be the same cleaner each time?
We operate by sending the same cleaner on the same day at the same time. All cleaning staff are direct, trained employees, not contractors.
How is access organised?
Once your quote has been approved, we confirm all access requirements before the first service.
This may include keys, lockbox codes, access codes, alarm instructions, swipe cards, parking information and any site-specific procedures.
How do we know the cleaning was completed?
Every service is documented using a site-specific checklist and before-and-after photographs.
A completed service report can be emailed as soon as the clean has been completed. Photographs are also available upon request.
Do you bring products and equipment?
We bring and use all of our own products and
equipment, using a range of hospital-grade, commercial, and eco-grade chemicals. If you have any special requests please let us know and we will gladly look into it.
Are your cleaners police checked?
Absolutely, all of our cleaning staff are required to provide a national police check as well as being thoroughly vetted by the Managing Director and onboarding team.
Are you insured?
Yes, we hold all required and relevant insurance including Liability and Workers Compensation
Does someone need to be at the premises?
No, not at all. We want to make sure our commercial cleaning service does not impact your day-to-day, which is why our cleaning is performed out of hours.
You receive a detailed cleaning summary after every clean, so you know exactly what's been done, and any areas that have needed more focus than usual.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Of course, we back our work with a quality guarantee. If something has missed the mark, contact us within 2 working days and we will work with you to rectify the concern.
Do you require a lock-in contract?
Not at all. You can stop our weekly or fortnightly cleaning services at any time.
